THE FOUR CHALLENGES OF RALEIGH

1. BEING SELECTED

The Introduction Weekend (IW) is a 3 days 2 night camp and is a pre-requisite to embark on an expedition. IW serves as a platform for the participants to learn more about Raleigh and the expeditions as IW is merely a compressed version of an expedition. Not only will the participant get to learn more about Raleigh and its ways, participants will also get to learn hands on about teamwork, adaptability, survival skills, and a chance to harness leadership qualities.

The IW also helps a participant to decide if he or she is ready for an expedition. The participant's progress during IW is documented and the documents subsequently used for reference during application for expedition.

Those who have not been on IW and wish to go for an upcoming expedition may request for a specially-arranged interview process, no less than two months before the said expedition.
